You can send an email using Thunderbird. It is straightforward, since you do not need to log in to cPanel webmail manually. You can send email directly from the Mozilla Thunderbird email client.
- Open Mozilla Thunderbird.
- On the left side of the top menu, click New Message.
If you have multiple email accounts, click your account and a drop-down menu opens. Select the appropriate email address and enter the recipient's email address in the To field.
Enter the subject in the subject field, type your message in the message box, and then click Send.
