You can easily remove email in Mozilla Thunderbird.

If you use the POP email protocol, the email is only removed from Mozilla Thunderbird and remains on the mail server. With IMAP, email is deleted both in Mozilla Thunderbird and on the mail server.

  1. Open Mozilla Thunderbird.

  2. Open your Inbox, right-click the email you want to delete, and click Delete Message.
