You can send emails using Outlook 2021. It is straightforward because you do not need to log in to cPanel Webmail manually; you can send an email directly from Outlook 2021.
- Open Outlook 2021.
- On the Home tab, click New Email.
- A new window appears. Fill in the following details:
- From: if you have multiple email accounts, click From and choose the account you want to send from.
- To: enter the recipient's email address.
- Subject: enter the subject and type your message in the message box.
- Write your message and click Send.
