1. Registration obligations
1.1 By registering a domain name through our services, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your contact details and your administrative, technical and billing information.
1.2 You are responsible for keeping this information up to date in the event of changes. Incorrect or outdated information may lead to suspension or loss of the domain, without Zentic being liable for this.
1.3 Zentic reserves the right to refuse a registration request if it conflicts with applicable laws or regulations or with the terms of the relevant registry.
2. Ownership of the domain
2.1 When you register a domain name through our services, you become the registered holder (“registrant”) of that domain name, provided that you comply with this agreement, the applicable laws and regulations and the terms of the registry.

2.3 Ownership of the domain lapses automatically upon termination of the registration due to late renewal, non-payment or breach of contract.
