Zentic may have technical access to customer data, but only reads or uses this content where this is necessary for the provision of support or management.

3. What do we use this data for?

7. Retention periods
Zentic does not retain personal data longer than necessary:
- Invoice and administrative data: 7 years
- Customer accounts and hosting data: duration of the agreement + 30 days
- Support tickets: 2 years
- Log and IP data: a maximum of 90 days, unless a longer period is necessary for security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
- Encryption and hashing of login credentials
- Restricted access rights
- Monitoring and security of servers
9. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:

- Have data corrected or erased
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Transfer data (data portability)
